Now, I rarely buy games because it's hard to set aside gaming time anyway, and my track record has been horrible (the only games throughout the last 3 years or so are Warcraft Remaster and Cyberpunk, which I both refunded). When I checked some twitch throughout the downtimes - mainly to see whether everybody encounters the crash -, I saw frequent comments in the lines of 'crybabys complaining about servers in 3,2,1.' / 'this is how every launch goes'. That's not my intention, I do think the only feedback major producers understand is money, Obviously, everybody nowaday is always crying refund because there is a chance Blizzard will give a nice Jah rune as a compensation (/s, but you get my drift).

Don't know about my chances, but want to give it a shot (the process of trying to refund alone made my blood boil, that's really really corpo). I have therefore just tried to refund the game via a ticket.

Downtimes of 2-4 hours every day since Saturday do surprise me.

The release day problems did not surprise me at all. Was really excited for the remaster, and it's a blast from the past that I really enjoy(ed). Have been playing D2 'back then', so 30+ here.
